The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian DVD Giveaway

Unleash the magic on December 2nd when Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment will release the exciting second installment of C.S. Lewis’ timeless epic The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian on DVD and Blu-ray!
A fantasy adventure that will delight the entire family, watch as the Pevensie children embark on another remarkable journey to restore magic and glory to Narnia, featuring newcomer Ben Barnes (Stardust) as Caspian, heir to the Narnian throne.
Who would have thought that an almost 3 year old (Sunday the 30th she turns 3) and an almost 6 year old would sit and watch this movie THREE times straight? Yep, my girls were mesmerized by the sequel to The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Even I was lost in this movie. I really enjoyed it.

From the creators of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Prince Caspian features even more groundbreaking special effects and breathtaking action than its predecessor. William Moseley, Georgie Henley, Anna Popplewell and Skandar Keynes return as Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy, the Pevensie siblings, along with Academy Award® nominee Liam Neeson (1993 nominee for Best Actor, Schindler’s List) as Aslan the Lion and Academy Award winner Tilda Swinton (2008 winner for Best Supporting Actress, Michael Clayton) as the White Witch. They are joined by Ben Barnes (Stardust) as Caspian, heir to the Narnian throne, with Sergio Castellitto (Arthur and the Invisibles), Eddie Izzard (FX: The Riches), Warwick Davis (the Harry Potter films) and Peter Dinklage (The Station Agent) appearing as new residents of Narnia. The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian is fantasy adventure that will delight the entire family.

In The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, the Pevensie children face a perilous mission and a greater test of their faith and courage. They find a world in which 1,300 years have passed. The White Witch is gone, the realm is ruled by a cruel tyrant and Aslan has been missing for over a thousand years. The four children embark on a remarkable journey to restore magic and glory to the land. Accompanied by Trumpkin, a valiant dwarf, Reepicheep the talking mouse and a suspicious Black Dwarf named Nikabrik, they raise an army of Narnians to rise up against the evil king Miraz.
This makes a wonderful stocking stuffer!!

Aslan because he is so Godlike.
11/30/2008 2:06 AM
I've been a fan of the Narnia stories since I was a kid, watching the animated version of "the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe." I've always been a sucker for the bad boy I s'pose so Edmund has always been one of my favorites. But I fell in LOVE with Edmund in Prince Caspian. His is a great story of redemption and coming of age.
11/30/2008 2:12 AM
Peter because of his bravery.
11/30/2008 3:22 AM
Mr. Tumnus the faun boy is my favorite. I've always been interested in mythological creatures like satyrs, and fauns. They are among the most unique and interesting creatures in mythology, and you rarely see them made well in movies, unlike Mr. Tumnus in the Narnia movie he was made very well.

I think Trumpkin--he shows that it is possible to be loyal to an idea even though you might not believe in all of the tales around it. Of course, he comes to learn that the basis of those tales is true in this series of tales!

I love Mr. Beaver, for some reason, he and his wife were always my favorites in the book. The BBC version made them a bit silly and the recent movie did them so well! I loved it. Of the kids I like Lucy, I hate Susan...
