I am sure you all know the very popular book by Dr. Seuss. Horton Hears a Who!, and have all seen the original movie right?

Well, the new movie is set to release on December 9th, and we couldn't be more excited! We received our copy today and quickly sat down to watch it. I did not tell Samantha what we were going to watch and as soon as she saw Horton appear on the TV she screamed... no joke, she screamed. She was so excited!
Sam did get to see this in the theatre earlier this year, but I did not so I was very excited to see it. It is adorable. I didn't think they could make it better then the first movie, but it is!

Wow - my favorite Dr. Seuss character - that would be tough. I'm thinking it would have to be Horton, but I liked the other book better (I meant what I said and I said what I meant. An elephant's faithful 100% and my favorite line was something like, "But, oh I am seasick 100%").

wow this is a realy grate movie and well i like all the dr.seuss characters and well one of my fave books is green eggs and ham in fact i can make them yes i can but well i'm not sam i'am lol but well makeing green eggs and ham are real easy al you do is put green egg die in the eggs befor you cook them my sister inlaw showed me how to make them.

OOoh, I want to see this movie so badly! I took my daughter's to see it when it was out in the theatre, and my then 4 year old decided to make that the day she was suddenly afraid to watch a movie on the big screen. Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING made her shriek, bawl, and tremble in absolute fear. And this was just the Ice Age 3 and Nim's Island previews!!! LOL So, we ended up having to leave because I couldn't begin to console her, and only daddy (who was at home) would do. Oi, I was so pissed! LOL So, yah, I'd love to enter to win this cause we all really did want to see it.
My favorite Dr Seuss character would probably be the Grinch, though I really like the Sneetches too.

My favorite Dr. Seuss Character is Cindy Lou Who probably because my name is Cyndi. My grandson's favorite Dr. Seuss book is the one where there is a girl dog that asks a boy dog all the way through the book if he likes her hat and he always says NO and at the end of the book all dogs are going to a party and he finally likes the party hat that she is wearing.

I love Max from the Grinch. But when I was young, I would read Dr. Seuss's Sleep Book every single night. I remember counting EVERY single creature in that book, because somewhere at the ends it states how many creatures have gone to sleep and what number it will be when you go to sleep too. I don't remember what the number was, maybe 1000, but I counted them all and it was WRONG. :)
